Shipping & Returns

All of our products are automatic digital delivered downloads.  Therefore, No physical product are ever mailed or shipped to you.  Due to the unique nature of all sales being digital we do not offer refunds of products.  With that being said, we do want our customers to be happy with the products they purchase.  Please contact us immediately should there any issue arrise  concerning a product you have purchased.  Should there be a quality issue with a product you have received, we will work with the designer to make the problem right so that you get what you paid for. If we cannot fix the issue, then you will be offered a replacement by that designer.

Because customers are given multiple times to check shopping cart contents before paying, any double purchase errors are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot offer a replacement or refund if you have ordered the same product twice in the same order or in different orders. If you are unsure if an order went through because of a site lag or processing difficulty at PayPal, please do not immediately order again. Please contact us so we can look at the payment and cart records to see what has happened.

We are not able to offer price adjustments on previous purchases because of a missed sale or coupon. The price showing in your cart when you check out will be the final payment and will not be adjusted. This store clock works on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Sale ending dates are always at 11:59 pm EST on the date posted.
